Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an E-commerce strategy in order to improve retail partner website sales performance
  • Oversee or directly manage retail partner digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, Affiliates
  • Manage Partner Email and Social Media sales/marketing opportunities
  • Analyze various data in order to deliver data-driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, a/b testing, and reporting
  • Work with the marketing team to improve website quality and traffic acquisition
  • Re-platform the Milescraft website with updated features to enable a better user experience
  • Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
  • Develop a content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development
  • Report on performance

Requirements:

  • LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY
  • Self-directed, disciplined, high-energy, pro-active work ethic. Minimum of three years in a similar role
  • Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent Marketing and Tech background
  • Strong understanding of web design and web analysis
  • Experience in UX, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, Social Media Display and Affiliate marketing channels
  • Knowledge of Attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools
  • Degree in Digital Marketing/Merchandising or related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have strong organizational skills and be able to meet strict deadlines
