National Sales Director

Milescraft, Inc., based in Elgin, IL, is an established, financially-strong, privately-held company that designs, develops, and distributes innovative DIY tools globally. Our products are available at leading retail stores and online retail sites. We’re a fast growing, dynamic company, looking for a results-driven person.

Responsibilities:

Sell, sell, sell!!! Grow our business with strong existing customer portfolio and source new sales opportunities. We have plenty of opportunities, we need the right people to realize our potential.
Forecast sales and set personal performance goals
Develop a strong command of the company’s products, industry trends, and competition
Establish and execute short- and long-term organic growth strategies that detail specific markets, targets, and tactics to increase profitable sales and market share in North America
Frequent travel throughout the US and Canada is required
Knowledge, Skills and Education Requirements

Selling to big-box like Home Depot, Lowe’s, Menard’s, etc., is required
Minimum 5 years sales experience in consumer products
