Drilling straight, 90° holes is a requirement in woodworking, but other common angles are often needed.

Each hardened steel drill guide is built to last and has convenient centering lines to ensure proper hole placement. Just align the corresponding horizontal and vertical marks, clamp, and drill. When using free hand, the ergonomic design fits comfortably in hand to secure in place.

The AngleDrillBlock™ is great for cable railing projects. When installing the cables on the stairs, use the 30° guide to match the slope of the treads. Transition to straight runs and continue the cables using the 90° straight guides for pass throughs. Round the corners using the final guide and drill perfect 45° holes to create 90° corners. The AngleDrillBlock™ accommodates drill bits of 3/16”, ¼”, 5/16”, and 3/8” diameter. These guides match the terminals and other hardware common on 1/8” and 5/16” residential and commercial cable railing systems.

To ensure that holes stay true, the large, flat body of the AngleDrillBlock™ provides plenty of space to securely clamp to posts. Especially when working vertically. Non-slip rubber on both sides provides additional support. The reversable block can be used from both sides to ensure the proper angle is achieved.
