   I cannot find a properly sized router guide bushing to fit within these templates. The one that comes with the Signmaker kit fits the 2 1/2″ letters, but is a hair too small for the 1 1/2″ letter templates. Can anyone tell me where to find the proper size templates? Other than that, I find it is much easier to simply tape the letters to the wood rather than fumble with the awkward letter guide that comes with the kit. It is truly a PITA and way to complicated for such a simple task. The Bench Dog interlocking templates are much easier to use….

     The 2202 is a set of additional 1-1/2″ character templates for 1206 SignCrafter and 1212 SignPro, these are not meant to be used as a standalone template system. When using the 1.5″ templates, you will use a 7/16″ bushing (#30118) and a 1/4″ router bit (#70068).

    I make mailboxes and use these templates to router the numbers onto the box door. They are just the right size. Unfortunately, I sometimes cut a template with the router, so I order more.

    Your product is great. I would recommend all your sign making jigs. You mentioned that McMaster car had the poly strips to make ones own letters. Minards here in our area also handles this plastic in 3/32 thickness

    I needed these to complete my letter set. I didn’t have the option of purchasing the pro set with both sizes of letter and numbers here locally. Shipping and service was excellent. Miles now needs some different fonts for this system.
