HingeJigPLUS™ - Replacement Parts

The HingeJigPLUS™, by Milescraft, is a one-stop solution for door installation work. The jig routs and installs door and jamb / frame hinges, latches, and strike plate mortises quickly and accurately.  The dual-clamping design of the HingeJigPLUS™ mounts quickly and holds firm to ensure cuts are clean and accurate. No need for screws or nails which can damage your door. Built for North American style hardware.

Self-Clamping

  • Padded, dual self-clamping design sets up quickly and prevents damage to doors caused by mounting screws or nails

Fits All Doors

  • Adjustable settings allow jig to be used on all standard size 1-3/8” and 1-3/4” thick doors

Works with Multiple Hinge Sizes

  • Rout door hinge mortises for 2-1/2” to 4-1/2” hinges

Compatible with Frame / Jamb

  • Reconfigure HingeJigPLUS™ to rout hinges and strike plates on frame / jamb

Rout Different Radiuses

  • Cut professional hinge mortises with ¼”, 5/8”, or square corners. (Chisel Required)

Drop in Latch Templates

  • Includes additional templates to rout common door latch mortises sized 1” x 2-1/4” , 1-1/8” x 2-1/4” , and 1-1/8” x 2-3/4”

Drop in Strike Plate Templates

  • Rout 1-1/2” x 2-1/4” and 1-1/8” x 2-3/4” strike plates

Built in Depth Setting

  • Set router bit depth with built-in depth setting gauge for smaller or larger size door hinges

Self-Guided Router Bit

  • Includes custom router bit with ball bearing to cut clean and smooth door hinge mortises

Built-in Storage

  • Contains built in storage compartments for router bit and available self-centering hinge bit (not included) for convenient retrieval

Love the jig but i find it not good clamping. Have to install screws to hold it in place. Other than that i love it
